In Store Service: $85.00/hr

Minimum Charge: $65.00

Remote Service: $98.00/hr

Minimum Charge: $80.00

On-Site Service: $125.00/hr

Minimum Charge: $90.00

Service policy

We are not liable for loss of data on any media that is brought in with a system for repair.

  • Any machine or item left for over 30 days becomes the property of CCL.

  • We are not responsible for any external cabling left with a machine.

  • Customer must provide any and all contact information upon drop off of machine. If not, it is the customers’ responsibility to contact the service department for any and all requests.

  • We offer NO refunds on any labour charges.

Return Policy

  • You must have your original receipt for any refund (No exceptions).

  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged.

  • 7 day refund or exchange.

  • New and special order merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
